Preparing for Business Emergencies: Contingencies, Back-up and Survival
If you think “a disaster won’t happen to me”, think again.
According to the Red Cross "...as many as 40 percent of small businesses do not reopen after a major disaster like a flood, tornado or earthquake. These shuttered businesses were unprepared for a disaster; they had no plan or backup systems."
What would you do if a fire or power outage crashed your computer, melted your inventory or destroyed your building? Do you have procedures in place to evacuate in a crisis? Can your staff run the business should you become ill or stranded out of state? Learn how to protect your most valuable asset….YOUR BUSINESS….in case of unforeseen crises. Learn how to get back up and running seamlessly because you had streamlined procedures in place.
We’ll walk you through the steps in the planning process and provide a template for you to follow to develop your own plan.
