• Be the model for effective and streamlined structures and processes that enable the organization and its members’ businesses to operate dynamically in any economic environment.
• Provide high-level programming and cutting-edge business solutions addressing the needs of our members through all stages of their business developments.
• Carry a strong and sound financial base that will enable the viability of the organization and its members now and in the future.

• Build a base of members that represents the full spectrum of women business ownership.
• Expand our role in public policy advocacy by fostering leadership development from the grass roots level and up and participation in federal, state and local government.
• Be innovative, creating initiatives that allow us to quickly recognize and respond to our organizations’ and members challenges and ongoing needs.

• Attract to the organization partners and affiliate organizations who are aligned with our Vision, Mission and Goals.
• Ensure the continuing diversity of our membership by offering certifications for our members as Women and Minority Business Enterprises (WMBE).
• Increase the availability of value-add products, services and resources to our members in accordance with their specific and stated needs.
• Champion NJAWBO’s initiatives, milestones, activities and accomplishments thereby strengthening our presence in the community at large and in federal, state and local government.
